How to gather additional user information through custom questions within SmarterMeasure

Overview

The Account Requested Data section acts as a question repository where custom questions can be created and stored. These questions can then be selected and applied at the individual assessment group level.

How to Add Account Requested Data (Other Information)

  1. Go to admin panel https://admin.smartermeasure.com , and login with your username and password.

  2. From the dashboard view, click Manage Account.

  3. Click Account Requested Data.

  4. Click Create Question.

    1. Select Question Type

    2. Add Question

    3. Help Text (Optional)

    4. Answer Required (Yes or No)

    5. Save changes.

  5. Multiple questions and question types (single choice, multiple answer, short text, or long text) may be added. Repeat Step 4 as needed.
